California State University, Northridge and The Americanism Educational League are proud to sponsor

The Robert Barbera Invitational Debates

Held in the late fall, the debates are open to students who are members of a recognized collegiate level debate program.

Colleges and universities from across the country and overseas come to participate in these debates.

Debate formats include Policy, Parliamentary and Individual debates over a three day period.

Students interested in participating should inquire as to the presence of a speech and debate team at their college or university.
